Penryn Arts Festival began in 2013 and I produced & worked on several events. Wild Oak Theatre present The King of Prussia This emerging local theatre company presents Nick Darke's major play. Based on the lives of the 'free trading' Carter family who lived in West Cornwall at the end of the 18th century. Wild Oak are a company committed to showcasing the best of Cornwall's young, talented theatre makers. Lunch Beat - Lunch time disco If It's Your First Time at Lunch Beat, You Have To Dance Lunch Beat is a different way to spend your lunch break during the week. It is an hour of music and visuals for you to run wild. It is a party in daylight.Lunch Beat is a venture started in Stockholm in 2010 and has so far contaminated lunch breaks all over the world, and now is here for you with Penryn Arts Festival. Let the Tide in, Orquestina de Pigmeos present a six-hour site-specific performance, a gathering in which we´ll celebrate and feast upon the life and landscape of Penryn's harbour as it is transformed while the waters rise. Ruled by the tide, a series of everyday actions alongside different interventions...
